Tracked delivery to mainland UK. Addresses with postcodes starting BT, HS, ZE, KW or IV can’t be checked out online, so please contact us first and we’ll quote the real delivery cost.
After you order, we email a drawing of your sign to approve before we cut. Reply to approve it or correct it.
Every sign is wrapped to travel. If anything arrives damaged, email a photo to info@bordura.co.uk within 48 hours and we’ll put it right.
Personalised signs are made to your wording, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind: a sign with your name on it can’t be sold to anyone else. This doesn’t affect your rights if something arrives damaged or faulty.
If you cancel before we start making, we refund your payment less any timber already bought for your order (which we send to you), packaging and delivery, and the time already spent on it.
Reply to your proof or order email straight away. If we haven’t started cutting, we’ll correct it
